Once again, thanks to everyone who came along on our trip to Glencoe.
“White Out” - that about sums up the day. The morning started with good visibility and everything was pre-arranged with Glencoe so we got off to a good start, after arriving at about 9:15. Bus had a place to park, and lift passes were all ready.
Then the snow came. From about 11am, the wind started to come in and brought with it powder snow - good for some fun, but less so for visibility. Most returned to the lower green slopes and some headed for bus (where the A82 was closed in both directions). When we “escaped”, roads were dreadful but our driver, Brian, from Abbey Coaches was a star!!
